Gwen G. Lockhart, MS

As part of the VAMSC  and the NAVFAC team, I have coordinated the deployment of over 100 acoustic and satellite tags.  I curate over eight years of telemetry data and I'm working with collaborators and educators to use the location and behavior information to inform for protected resource management and to create learning tools. 

In 2017, I was the lead tag technician and coordinated sample collection for a U.S. Navy-funded harbor seal tagging project.  Additionally, I performed analysis and created figures fro Pinniped Tagging and Tracking U.S. Navy Technical Report.
